I have installed several for reversible 120 volt motors. Delixi drum switch. The rotors are good units, the cover is a bit light. I don't have screws for the lids either.

I have scribbled the wiring pattern into lid of one. I have 2 rotors here with back boxes, only 1 unit has a toggle red handle. I do not have gaskets for either and both covers are cracked probably glued.
